Our Austin Buying Trust just uncovered a Civil War collectible that's unlike anything we've ever offered! From the cellar of an old library being remodeled, we found a small hoard of original New York Times Newspapers printed during the Civil War.
When they arrived, everyone on our staff from shipping to sales simply could not believe that we located such a neat Civil War collectible. Most of us thought that New York Times Newspapers printed 1860-1865 sold only at Civil War auctions for thousands of dollars each.
A Fascinating Piece of American History
Surprisingly, due to the beneficial connections of our Buying Trust, we can offer them to our Preferred Collectors for the remarkable price of only $129 each. If you like, order three papers now and you can save $27 with a quantity discount.
We know that you will want one for your personal collection. You might want to buy extras as a neat gift for Civil War Collectors, history buffs, friends, or loved ones.
Imagine– Someone Read This Newspaper in March of 1863
We realized that each one of these NY Times was originally in a public library. The NY Times shown above (and the one you will receive) was read by any number of our ancestors on or after March 5, 1863.
Remember, antiques and memorabilia like this are never in perfect condition. These original New York Times are 145 year old newspapers, so they may be a little rough around the edges due to their age. We rejected those that did not meet our expectations for quality and every one in this offer will be crisp, clear and very readable.
In fact, our staff insisted we have several framed and hung in our Civil War conference room just to show off to our Austin clients. You may also want to frame an historic collectible like this to admire and show off for years to come.
Includes Front Page & All Eight Pages
We'll also make sure each copy has all eight pages of the New York Times, a full day's edition in the 1860's. Just to whet your interest, we've taken a few close-up photos of news events of the day and ads you might find as fascinating as we did. See the links below for larger photos.
Civil War Collectibles Sell Out Quickly
For this limited release, we have a variety of running dates, but there's no cherry-picking. Because of the extremely high interest members of the Austin Coin Collecting Society have shown in the past for memorabilia like this, we don't expect them to last long.
Order today to avoid disappointment– especially if you're putting these away as gifts. We can't imagine ever having these in stock again at this price.
